Hotel Reservation

All orders about reservation/ cancellation rooms and services, Guest must be informed directly to Boss Hotel in writing and Hotel has a responsibility to confirm after taking orders as soon as possible.

Cancellation of Room Reservation

No charge if the Cancellation/No Show  results from unavoidable situation such accident, natural calamities, warfare and so on with official writing notice

• Cancellation within 48 hours before arrival date, a cancellation fee equal to 50% of one (1) night’s room charge per room reserved.
• No Show fee equal to 100% of one (1) night’s room charge per room reserved.
• Shortening stay without notice by email or fax 2 days before checking out to be charge extra one night to real night ( s) stayed 

Check-in/ Check-out

• Check-in time:  13:00 PM  and check-out time:  12:00 noon.
• Full charged for early check in before 08:00 AM (with breakfast) and half charged after 08:00 AM
• For late check-out:   After 12:00 noon - 18:00 pm:   Guests will be charged at half charge.

                              After 18:00 pm:   Guests will be charged at full charge.

• Payment must be paid by cash, credit card or bank transfer.

• Child UNDER 12 years old sharing accommodation is existing bed with parents are FREE of charge with 50% discount on MEAL supplement charge, otherwise extra bed rate USD 15.00 inclusive breakfasts
• Child of one (1) year to four (4) years old is entitling to complimentary breakfast
• Child UNDER 12 years old must accompanied by parents.
